According to 7 CFR 786.102 [Title 7—Agriculture; Subtitle B -- Regulations of the Department of Agriculture; Chapter VII -- Farm Service Agency, Department of Agriculture; Subchapter D -- Special Programs; Part 786 -- Dairy Disaster Assistance Payment Program III (DDAP-III)], disaster claim period means “the calendar year(s) applicable to the disaster declaration during the eligible period in which the production losses occurred.”
