Discharge With Improvement Law and Legal Definition
A court can order the discharge of a person from probation at any time the court determines that the conditions of probation have been fulfilled. Often times the discharge is classified as "with improvement" or "without improvement." If a person is discharged "with improvement" it is an indication that the discharger believes that the person has been somewhat rehabilitated.
