Disclosed Adoption Law and Legal Definition
Disclosed Adoption is a term generally used to refer to any adoption where one or both of the birth parents have been involved in the process of selecting the adoptive parents. Generally identifying and/or contact information is exchanged between them. Such adoptions also includessome level of personal contact between the birth parents and the adoptive parents, and e some level of future contact is anticipated or has been agreed to.
