Disjunctive allegations are allegations in a pleading in the disjunctive or alternative form. The clauses of disjunctive allegations are usually separated by the word "or". Disjunctive allegations vitiate a pleading. An indictment, information, or affidavit is rendered bad by disjunctive allegations, unless such form is authorized by statute.
