Dispauper Law and Legal Definition
Dispauper means to deprive a person of the ability to sue in forma pauperis or to disqualify from being a pauper. A person may be dispaupered, if during the pendency of the case the person has become the owner of a sufficient estate. The estate may be real or personal. Further, a person may be dispaupered if he/she has been guilty of some wrong.
