According to 41 CFR 102-71.20 [Title 41 : Public Contracts And Property Management Subtitle C ; Federal Property Management Regulations System Chapter 102 ; Federal Management Regulation System Subchapter C ; Real Property Part 102-71 ; General ] Disposal agency means “the Executive agency designated by the Administrator of General Services to dispose of surplus real or personal property.”
