Disposing Law and Legal Definition
The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act defines the term 'disposing' as the discharge, dumping, deposit, injection, leaking, spilling, or placing of any solid or hazardous waste into or on any land or water such that the solid waste or hazardous waste, or any constituent thereof may enter the environment or be emitted into the air or discharged into any waters including ground waters.
