Dispute Resolution Provider Organization Law and Legal Definition
A dispute resolution provider organization means any nongovernmental entity that coordinates, administers, or provides the services of two or more dispute resolution neutrals. An individual who offers the service of a dispute resolution neutral also falls under the category of a dispute resolution provider organization. A dispute resolution provider organization is also designated as a provider organization [Cal Rules of Court, Standard 2 (g)].
