DJ Contract Law and Legal Definition
DJ contract (“Contract”)refers to Disk Jockey services contract. This Contract is entered between employer and disk jockey. In this Contract, the employer hires disk jockey, and disk jockey agrees to work for employer under terms and conditions agreed by parties. However, under this Contract, disk jockey agrees to perform services on the signing date of the agreement and complete it as prescribed in the contract. Under this contract, employer agrees to pay disk jockey in consideration of the services contracted for a particular amount that is paid upon completion of work.
