Draft Dodger Law and Legal Definition
Draft dodger is a person who evades a draft for service in the armed forces of the country. A draft dodger avoids (dodges) the conscription policies of the nation in which s/he is a citizen or resident by leaving the country or going into hiding. It is also referred to as draft evasion or draft resistance.
