Drug-Related Offense [Food and Drugs] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 21 CFR 1316.91 (d) [Title 21 Food and Drugs; Chapter II Drug Enforcement Administration, Department of Justice; Part 1316 Administrative Functions, Practices, and Procedures; Subpart F Expedited Forfeiture Proceedings for Certain Property], the term Drug-Related Offense means “any proscribed offense which involves the possession, distribution, manufacture, cultivation, sale, transfer, or the attempt or conspiracy to possess, distribute, manufacture, cultivate, sell or transfer any substance the possession of which is prohibited by Title 21, U.S.C.”
