Pursuant to 24 CFR 115.100 [Title 24 Housing and Urban Development; Subtitle B Regulations Relating to Housing and Urban Development; Chapter I Office of Assistant Secretary for Equal Opportunity, Department of Housing and Urban Development; Subchapter A Fair Housing; Part 115 Certification and Funding of State and Local Fair Housing Enforcement Agencies; Subpart A General], the term Dual-Filed Complaint means “a housing discrimination complaint that has been filed with both HUD and the agency that has been granted interim certification or certification by the Assistant Secretary.”
