Early Childhood Educator Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 1021 (4), [Title 20. Education; Chapter 28. Higher Education Resources and Student Assistance; Teacher Quality Enhancement] the term early childhood educator means “an individual with primary responsibility for the education of children in an early childhood education program.”
