Economic Development Agencies Law and Legal Definition
According to 29 USCS § 2801 [Title 29. Labor; Chapter 30. Workforce Investment Systems; Workforce Investment Definitions], the term "economic development agencies" includes "local planning and zoning commissions or boards, community development agencies, and other local agencies and institutions responsible for regulating, promoting, or assisting in local economic development."
