Education Supervision Order Law and Legal Definition
An Education Supervision Order is an order issued by a court to an Education Social Worker to work more closely with the child and his/her parents to help the child benefit from the education opportunity offered. The Education Social Worker helps and advice parents to get a child back into education. In order to issue a Education Supervision Order a court must be satisfied that a child of compulsory school age is not being properly educated and making an order would be better than not making an order.
