Educational Programs Abroad Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 1132 (3), [Title 20. Education; Chapter 28. Higher Education Resources And Student Assistance; International Education Programs; General Provisions] the term educational programs abroad means “programs of study, internships, or service learning outside the United States which are part of a foreign language or other international curriculum at the undergraduate or graduate education levels.”
