Electric Base-Load Measures Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 440.3 [Title 10 Energy; Chapter II Department of Energy; Subchapter D Energy Conservation; Part 440 Weatherization Assistance for Low-Income Persons], the term electric base-load measures means “measures which address the energy efficiency and energy usage of lighting and appliances.”
