Electric Cooperative Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 796 (26), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 12. Federal Regulation and Development of Power; Regulation of the Development of Water Power and Resources] the term electric cooperative means “a cooperatively owned electric utility.”
