Electronic Amusement Game Law and Legal Definition
Electronic amusement game is a game played using electronic devices. In gaming or gambling it refers to games played in casinos with the aid of electronic devices.
The following is an example of a state statute (Oklahoma) defining the term ‘Electronic amusement game’ :
According to 3A Okl. St. § 269 (5), "Electronic amusement game" means “a game that is played in an electronic environment in which a player's performance and opportunity for success can be improved by skill that conforms to the standards set forth in this act.”
