According to 14 CFR 1206.101 (s) [Title 14 Aeronautics and Space; Chapter V National Aeronautics and Space Administration; Part 1206 Availability of Agency Records to Members of the Public; Subpart 1 Basic Policy], the term electronic reading room means “a World Wide Web site from which members of the public can access information regarding activities, missions, organizations, publications, or other material related to NASA's congressional mandate.”
