Elementary School Law and Legal Definition
Elementary school means “a day or residential school which provides elementary education, as determined under State law.” (29 USCS § 203)
Also, according to 20 USCS § 7801(18), the term “elementary school” means “a nonprofit institutional day or residential school, including a public elementary charter school, that provides elementary education, as determined under State law.”
