Employee Income Information [HUD] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 24 CFR 200.1205 [Title 24 Housing and Urban Development; Subtitle B Regulations Relating to Housing and Urban Development; Chapter II Office of Assistant Secretary for Housing Federal Housing Commissioner, Department of Housing and Urban Development; Subchapter A General; Part 200 Introduction to FHA Programs; Subpart V Income Information; Assistance Applicants and Participants], the term Employee Income Information means “all the information known to current or previous employers which HUD or the processing entity determines is necessary for purposes of determining an applicant's or participant's eligibility for or level of assistance in a covered program.”
