Employment Eligibility Verification Form or Form I-9 is used to verify employment eligibility of anyone hired in the United States after November 6, 1986. It is a one page form developed by the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service which is used to provide documentation that a newly hired employee is authorized to work in United States.
