Energy Product Equivalent Law and Legal Definition
According to 42 USCS § 9008 [Title 42. The Public Health and Welfare; Chapter 98. Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion Research and Development], "energy product equivalent" means an energy carrier including, but not limited to, ammonia, hydrogen, or molten salts or an energy-intensive commodity, including, but not limited to, electrometals, fresh water, or nutrients for aquaculture.
