Energy Security Act is an act to extend the Defense Production Act of 1950, and for other purposes. It concerns synthetic fuel, biomass energy and alcohol fuels, energy targets, renewable energy initiatives, solar energy and energy conservation, acid precipitation program, carbon dioxide study, and strategic petroleum reserve.
