Enforcement Power Law and Legal Definition
Enforcement power means the authority of Congress to enforce a particular constitutional amendment’s provisions by appropriate legislation. Enforcement power of Congress is included in a number of amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Enforcement power is allotted to Congress under the 13th,14th, 15th, 19th, 23rd, 24th and 26th amendments.
