Error calculi is a Latin word which means error in calculation. If the error occurs in a judgment and is fully evident, no appeal is necessary. The judge can suo motto correct it. In public administration, error calculi has no legal effect. A reexamination and correction of the error is admissible even after ten or twenty years.
