Establishment, Administration, and Solicitation Costs [Federal Elections] Law and Legal Definition
According to 11 CFR 114.1 (b) [Title 11 -- Federal Elections; Chapter I -- Federal Election Commission; Subchapter A – General; Part 114 -- Corporate and Labor Organization Activity], the terms establishment, administration, and solicitation costs means “the cost of office space, phones, salaries, utilities, supplies, legal and accounting fees, fund-raising and other expenses incurred in setting up and running a separate segregated fund established by a corporation, labor organization, membership organization, cooperative, or corporation without capital stock.”
