Estimated Useful Life [Economic Development Administration, Department of Commerce] Law and Legal Definition
According to 13 CFR 314.1 [Title 13 -- Business Credit and Assistance; Chapter III -- Economic Development Administration, Department of Commerce; Part 314 – Property; Subpart A – General], Estimated Useful Life means “the period of years that constitutes the expected useful lifespan of a Project, as determined by EDA, during which EDA anticipates obtaining the economic development benefits of its Investment.”
