Ewbrice means infidelity or extramarital sexual affair. Sex between a married woman and anyone else other than her husband constitutes ewbrice. In short it refers to adultery, spouse breach or marriage breach. Ewbrice is an offense in almost every state in the U.S. However, the offender is rarely prosecuted. In the U.S. military law, it is a potential court martial offense.
