Examining Committee Report (Guardianship) Law and Legal Definition
Examining committee report is a report required by some states in a guardianship proceeding in order to determine whether a person is incapable of taking care of his/her person and estate. The report will be considered to decide whether a substitute decision maker is needed and a guardian is to be appointed. It is also called a physician's report.
