Exchange Access Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 47 USCS § 153 (16), [Title 47. Telegraphs, Telephones, and Radiotelegraphs; Chapter 5. Wire or Radio Communication; General Provisions] the term exchange access means “the offering of access to telephone exchange services or facilities for the purpose of the origination or termination of telephone toll services.”
