Executive Branch Law and Legal Definition
Executive Branch is the branch of the United States government that is charged with administering and carrying out the law. The executive branch is the administrative arm of government. It is therefore also called the 'administration' or the 'administrative branch of government'. The executive branch implements and enforces all the laws created by the legislative branch, and also enforces all laws as interpreted, from time to time, by the judiciary.
