Expected / Intended Exclusion Law and Legal Definition
Expected / Intended exclusion is a provision in some commercial general liability policies, which excludes coverage for property damage, or bodily injury that is expected or intended by the insured. The exclusion excepts any harm arising from the use of reasonable force to protect a person or property. This is usually the first exclusion listed on most policies. It is also known as intentional-injury exclusion.
