According to 7 CFR 632.12 [Title 7. Agriculture; Subtitle B. Regulations Of The Department Of Agriculture; Chapter VI. Natural Resources Conservation Service, Department Of Agriculture; Subchapter D. Long Term Contracting, Part 632. Rural Abandoned Mine Program, Subpart B. Qualifications ], ‘extreme danger’ means a condition that could be expected to cause substantial physical harm to persons, property, or the environment and to which persons or improvements on real property are exposed.
