Factory Ship Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 916 (f), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 14. Regulation of Whaling; Whaling Convention Act] the words factory ship mean “a vessel in which or on which whales are treated or processed, whether wholly or in part.”
