A failure-to-disclose-best-mode rejection is a rejection of a patent application. The patent application shall be rejected on the ground that the inventor has not disclosed the best way to use the invention. In order to warrant rejection, the examiner should find deliberate concealment or a description so poorly drafted as to amount to concealment.
