Fair Hearings Coordinator (FHC) Law and Legal Definition
Fair hearings coordinator (FHC) means an employee of the Department of Social and Health Services who represents the Department in administrative hearings conducted by Administrative Law Judges, employed by the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH). An FHC is responsible for fair hearings in the Community Service Office.
