Falcidia Law and Legal Definition
Falcidia is the falcidian part or portion of an ancestor's estate. It is the one fourth portion of estate secured to legal heir by Falcidian law of 40 BC. Under the Falcidian Law of Rome, an ancestor could not deprive his heir by his will, one fourth part of the ancestor's estate.
