False Confinement is confining a sane person in an insane asylum knowing that such person is sane. False confinement is the illegal confinement of one individual against his or her will by another individual in such a manner as to violate the confined individual's right to be free from restraint of movement. Any person who commits false confinement will be guilty of felony.
