Falsify Law and Legal Definition
Falsify means, to prove a thing to be false. It means to alter or make false, a thing or record. It is punishable at common law as forgery. Federal law provides that falsification of information in importing wool products to U.S. will be considered as unfair method of competition and the person who falsifies may be prohibited from importing wool products. [15 USCS § 68f]
