Family Fourth Preference is a limited category used in family immigration to identify brothers and sisters of United States citizens, and their spouses and children, provided the U.S. citizens are at least 21 years of age. Family Fourth Preference Green Cards are issued to brothers and sisters of U.S. citizens and to U.S. citizens (age 21 or older) to sponsor the Green Card application of their brothers and sisters.
