Farm-Related Taxpayer Law and Legal Definition
A farm-related taxpayer means any taxpayer whose principal occupation is farming and whose principal residence is on a farm. S/he should also be a member of the family of a taxpayer whose principal residence is on a farm and whose principal occupation is farming [26 USCS § 464 (f)(3)(B)].
