Farming Operation Law and Legal Definition
Farming Operation is defined as including "farming, tillage of the soil, dairy farming, ranching, production or raising of crops, poultry, or livestock, and production of poultry or livestock products in an unmanufactured state." Knudsen v. IRS, 581 F.3d 696, 712 (8th Cir. Iowa 2009)
