Fear of Youth Law and Legal Definition
The fear of youth means the fear of any act, consequence, situation, or person by the youth. It is also called as ephebiphobia. In ancient times, the term fear of youth was defined as ‘fear and loathing of teenagers.’ Nowadays it is defined as the wrong, boasted and sensational characterization of young people.’ The fear of youth is a common phenomenon in North America, Australia, Asia, and rest of the world. Some of the physical symptoms of fear of youth include shaking, sweating excessively, nausea, dizziness, hyperventilation, chest pain, dry mouth, freezing, loosing control of emotions and the like symptoms.
