Federal Capital Loan [Public Health] Law and Legal Definition
According to 42 CFR 57.202 [Title 42. Public Health; Chapter I Public Health Service, Department Of Health And Human Services; Subchapter D. Grants; Part 57 Grants For Construction Of Teaching Facilities, Educational Improvements, Scholarships And Student Loans; Subpart C. Health Professions Student Loans ], “federal capital loan” means a loan made by the Secretary of Health and Human Services to a school under section 744(a) of the Public Health Service Act, as in effect prior to October 1, 1977, the proceeds of which are to be returned to the Secretary.
