Pursuant to 12 USCS § 3350 (6) [Title 12. Banks and Banking; Chapter 34A. Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council], the term Federal financial institutions regulatory agencies means “the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporations, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Office of Thrift Supervision, and the National Credit Union Administration.”
