According to 16 USCS § 4102 (Title 16, Conservation; Chapter 61, Interjurisdictional Fisheries), the term "Federal Fishery Management Plan" means “a plan developed under the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (16 U.S.C. 1801 et seq.) .”
