Federal Juvenile Delinquency Program Law and Legal Definition
According to 42 USCS § 5603 [Title 42. The Public Health And Welfare; Chapter 72. Juvenile Justice And Delinquency Prevention; Generally], the term "Federal juvenile delinquency program" means any juvenile delinquency program which is conducted, directly, or indirectly, or is assisted by any Federal department or agency, including any program funded under this Act.
