Federal Lands Law and Legal Definition
According to 7 USCS § 7781 (Title 7, Agriculture; Chapter 104, Plant Protection Act; Noxious Wed Control and Eradication), the term "Federal lands" means “those lands owned and managed by the United States Forest Service or the Bureau of Land Management.”
